In case of requests for order Cancellations by the User, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (Twenty Four) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
To cancel an item, the customer must write to us at sahyogi4u@gmail.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 – 9415102409 which remains open 8 hours (10 AM-6 PM) on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped / delivered to you. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
Once the order is cancelled the refund will be initiated within 2 days and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Returns will not be accepted if product is damaged due to misuse/overuse. Returns will not be accepted if original packaging is damaged. If request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
