1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts due to our error.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-printed products.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Bulk or corporate orders manufactured to customer specifications.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns should not be shipped until approved by our support team.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Replacement products will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Custom-printed and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
9. Bulk and Custom Orders
Products manufactured according to customer specifications, including custom sizes, colours, printing, logos, or branding, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have a verified manufacturing defect or were supplied incorrectly by us.
